Our Home Additions Process

  • Fill out our contact form to schedule your in-person consultation. Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed, line-item estimate covering all labor and finish materials. We’ll follow up with a call to review the estimate and answer any questions you have.

  • Once the contract is signed, we get started right away with design. Using LIDAR technology, we capture precise 3D measurements of your space, then send material selections within 48 hours through our design app, Programa—where you can review, approve, and suggest changes in one place. After finalizing your layout and materials, we’ll schedule your project and move straight into construction.

  • After extensive planning, we’ll  start and finish in the most efficient manner possible (bathrooms and kitchen 5-8 weeks, additions 6-8 months), keeping you informed and updated every step of the way.

  • At the end of construction, we’ll walk the finished space with you and complete a full quality check. Any final touch-ups or adjustments will be taken care of promptly. We’ll make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the result.
