We believe remodeling should feel exciting—not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve developed a detailed, transparent process that walks you through every step, from consultation to completion. Here’s how it works:
In-PERSON CONSULTATION
Fill out our contact form and set-up your in person consultation.
Expect a detailed, line itemized estimate within 3-5 business days of your initial visit outlining everything on your project for both labor and finish materials.
We’ll reach out to schedule a phone call and go over the estimate and any answer questions you may have.
2. Design
Once the contract is signed, we dive right into design.
We use LIDAR technology to complete a 3D scan, capturing the exact measurements of your space.
We’ll start sending material selections within 48 hours for you to review through our integrated app: Programa. Here, you can both finalize options and offer your suggestions, all in one place.
Our team will get you an initial design of your new layout as soon as possible.
Once both layout and materials are finalized we’re ready to schedule your project and begin construction!
3. Construction
On the initial construction meeting, one of our project managers will meet onsite to give an overview of what to expect on the project and verify both the measurements and design elements will fit your space.
Next, we schedule demolition.
Then, the construction schedule: during construction we maintain transparency with daily updates, anticipated bi-weekly schedules for an overview of what to expect, and an overview of unexpected change orders.
4. Final Walk Through
At the end of construction, we’ll walk the finished space with you and complete a full quality check. Any final touch-ups or adjustments will be taken care of promptly. We’ll make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the result.
